We are one of the best managed and maintained buildings in Town Shores located right at the very west end of Shore Blvd South (north side), right on Boca Ciega Bay.  Our perfect location features world class sunsets and views of St. Pete Beach.  Dolphins, manatees and stingrays along with ospreys, and various aquatic birds can be seen right out the windows of every unit in the building.

We are a short walk from downtown Gulfport with many wonderful sites and restaurants to visit as well as the Town Shores’ Clubhouse, Gulfport Library and Senior Center where there are many activities and groups for personal enrichment. 

Our building is right next to one of four Town Shores’ community swimming pools and Manatee Park with picnic tables, swings and grills.  For piece of mind, our building has 24-hour surveillance cameras overlooking the parking lot, lobbies, elevator and stairwells.
